Hello, I'm Catherine. I've been interested in photography since I was a teenager, my first camera being a Halina 110 pocket film camera, followed by several 35mm film cameras over the years, until finally going digital in 1998.
In 2007 I took up photography seriously and completed courses through the Open University, Royal Photographic Society, local college and several courses run by popular independent tutors.
In addition to photographing architecture, animals, nature etc, I have enjoyed photographing weddings, engagements, families, christenings and have also undertaken several photo restoration projects for people as far flung as the USA.
I am a member of the Royal Photographic Society and was awarded the distinction of Licentiate (LRPS) in 2012., an achievement I am extremely proud of. I am also a member of the Society of Wedding and Portrait Photographers.
Please check my blog for more information and updates on what I am getting up to.
